TUITION POLICY
Tuition for 2024/2025 will be paid bi-monthly. Tuition can be paid by check, cash, or credit/debit card.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If accounts are paid after the 6th of the month, there will be a $10.00 late fee applied to the account balance.

Payments will be due as follows:

September/October- Due September 1st

November/December -Due November 1st

January/February- Due January 1st

March/April- Due March 1st

May/June- Due May 1st

There is a $20.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank. Tuition is not refundable. Tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5 lesson) month or a short (3 lesson) month and is due regardless of absences. Tuition is based on a 10-month season. We do not prorate months for missed days, holidays or school vacations.

A family who makes a payment of tuition in full by cash or check to cover classes through June 2024 will receive a 5% discount if paid by 9/1/24.

I understand that I will be charged for all classes until I have notified the school of my/my child's withdrawal from classes. To discontinue, written notification must be received three weeks prior to the next payment.

I understand that if my account becomes more than 45 days delinquent, I/my child/children will not be able to return to class until full payment has been submitted or a signed payment agreement has been arranged.

PHOTO USE AUTHORIZATION
I give permission to Glencastle Irish Dancers, Inc. to take and publish photographs, digital images and/ or videotaped images of me/my child for news, advertising and/ or promotional purposes in print and electronic media. I give permission for Glencastle Irish Dancers, Inc. to use photographs and/or videotaped images of me/my child taken by fellow Glencastle Irish Dancers families as well. I understand that I will not be compensated for any photograph or other images which may be used in this capacity.

I agree that neither Glencastle Irish Dancers, Inc. nor its employees shall be liable for any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any sort whatsoever resulting from the publication of these photographs or other images. I do hereby release and discharge Glencastle Irish Dancers, Inc., their trustees, officers, employees, agents or servants from all such claims, demands, actions, or causes of action.
