Performance Agreement: If selected, a formal performance agreement will be sent to the Artist/Manager for signature.

Compensation: If compensation is available, details regarding compensation will be outlined in the performance agreement.

Liability: The Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce, its employees, and volunteers from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or suits arising out of or in connection with the performance.

Code of Conduct: Artists are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate and respectful. Failure to do SO may result in removal from the festival without compensation.

The Artist/Manager agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the state of Georgia.
