The tuition invoice will emailed 1-2 days once your registration is received. There is a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee per dance family.

I (parent/guardian) understand that participation in dance classes, performances and any studio related events could result in personal injury. I waive and release harmless Valley Dance Studio, the host venue, members and persons employed or engaged by them from all liabilities known and unknown, arising out of student participation.

I (parent/guardian) grant Valley Dance Studio and its' photographers/videographers permission to photograph and/or film my student during classes, workshops and studio related events. I understand the student's likeness or appearance may be used for advertising, social media postings or marketing efforts.
