Judging criteria:
- Identification and assessment of risks to determine the most effective means to reduce impact. Applicants demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying threats to their organization either through risk assessments or lessons learned from previous incidents.
- Use of data-driven insights and research to inform their strategies, and the solutions implemented, setting a benchmark for others in the field.
- Effectiveness of the implemented solutions by providing examples of how their efforts ensured the continuity of operations and safeguarded the well-being of employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Provides recent examples, within the previous 24 months, of how these efforts ensured the continuity of operations and safeguarded the well-being of employees, customers, and stakeholders. Where possible include concrete and specific examples, data, and metrics to describe preparedness and mitigation initiatives, and outcomes.
