1. Cancellations within 48 Hours:
Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% service fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s).
2. No-Shows or No-Calls:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment or fail to call to cancel or reschedule will be charged a 75% fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s).
3. Rescheduling Policy:
Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment with less than 48 hours notice may apply the 50% cancellation fee as a credit to their next appointment, provided they attend the rescheduled appointment.
If the client cancels or does not show for the rescheduled appointment, no credit will be applied and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the rescheduled visit.
4. Repeated Cancellations or Reschedules:
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments. Repeated cancellations or reschedules may affect future bookings.
5. Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to such circumstances. We reserve the right to evaluate and accept the reasons provided by clients for cancellation or rescheduling.

Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by calling or texting (209) 751-8676. Please provide your name, appointment date, and time when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling.
