2024 Georgia Lacrosse Hall of Fame

To be considered for nomination to the Georgia Lacrosse Hall of Fame, this questionnaire must be completed by, or on behalf of, a candidate. Please fill in all appropriate information. Please complete and return this form by Friday, November 22, 2024.
Hall of Fame Vision: To recognize the individuals (player, coach, official or contributor) who have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments, and have distinguished themselves or who have made a significant contribution to the excellence or growth of game of lacrosse in
Georgia.

Hall of Fame Mission: The lacrosse community continuously submits nominations, and top candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are selected by peer voting and recognized by the Hall of Fame Committee every two years.

Hall of Fame Goal: Due to their several years of contribution to the game of lacrosse in Georgia, to recognize the new Inductees at a Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony to demonstrate our appreciation for their contribution.
Qualifications
- Player: Must be from Georgia. A player is eligible 10 years after graduation from high school graduation.
- Coach: Must be from Georgia with noteworthy accomplishments or coach a Georgia team.
- Official: Georgia resident who has obtained prominence, or an official who serves primarily in Georgia.
- Contributor: A person who has made a significant contribution to a Georgia lacrosse organization, team or club. One of the attributes that US Lacrosse considers is Character Beyond Reproach. In Georgia we will follow their lead and believe that Character Beyond Reproach is an important consideration for all nominees for the Georgia Hall of Fame. The following are possible areas of evaluation used to determine Character Beyond Reproach:
  - Practice and perpetuation of positive sportsmanship on and off the field
  - Positive relations with peers, opponents, subordinates and supervisors within the game
  - Service within lacrosse development initiatives
  - Service and honors within civic, community and military community
