2024 Nomination Form
Team nominations are requested from Basketball Queensland affiliated Clubs.

For Boys and Girls playing in any domestic club competition in the U12 (born 2013/2014), U14 (born 2011/2012), U16 (born 2009/2010) and U18 (2007/2008) age divisions.

* Please note we have changed the age groups in 2024 from previous years to match with club and rep programs.

All pages of this nomination form MUST be completed.

Nominations close 5:00pm Monday October 14 , 2024.

Queensland Junior Club Championships

Dates: Monday December 16 - Wednesday December 18 2024

Venue: Bendigo Bank Cornubia Park Sports Centre - 146 Bryants Road, Shailer Park, QLD. Logan Metro Sports Centre, 357 Browns Plains Rd, Crestmead QLD. Other Venues TBC

Team Nomination Fee: $550 per team

- Each domestic club can nominate, more than one (1) team per age and gender.

- If all divisions of each age group are filled, teams will be placed on waitlist.

- Invoices will be sent following the completion of nominations.
