A donation of $30 ($100 for political entities) is to be paid on or before the day of parade. If for some reason you're unable to particpate last minute, your donation becomes a sponsorship toward the parade.The donation goes toward paying various organizations that require their own fee to not only agree to attend, but to participate in the parade.

Those exempt from paying the donation include, but are not limited to: Non-profit organizations, law enforcement, fire departments, military/veterans organizations, and marching band/s.

You also agree to release all liablility from the parade coordinator, and the city, from accident or injury, either real or imagined.

The 2026 parade is a Patriotic Theme, signifying our country's 250 years. If you wish to partake in the theme, please keep in mind this is a family friendly parade. It is NOT the appropriate platform nor opportunity to make a statement. Again, 2026 marks this country's 250 years. Please just keep it at that. If you choose to get controversial (upside-down flags, anti-this, anti-that) you WILL NOT participate. This is your warning!
