not fly a model aircraft in a careless or reckless manner so as to endanger people or property,avoid flying directly over unprotected people, moving vehicles, pit areas, parking lot and any occupied structures (including the roadway, etc),not interfere with and will yield the right of way to all human-carrying aircraft,only use taxiways beyond the noted line to taxi to the runway for departure/arrival on the runway,not depart or taxi any aircraft from the pit area, including tables. All operations are from the runway only,clearly and loudly call out my intention(s) to taxi, take off and land to all pilots on the flight line,comply with all LVSC/FAA/AMA/Law Enforcement rules, regulations and inquiries by authorized representatives.
