Sponsorship awards may provide partial or full coverage of the annual program tuition, depending on demonstrated need and the availability of funds.Upon submission of this application, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging receipt of your materials. Applications will be reviewed, and eligible families may be invited to participate in an interview or meeting to discuss their request and determine eligibility for a partial or full sponsorship.Applicants requesting sponsorship must also meet the program's general admission requirements, including the academic, attendance, and participation standards outlined in the enrollment application.Students who are awarded a sponsorship are expected to fulfill the same obligations as all program participants. This includes maintaining the required attendance standards, actively participating in required program activities, and successfully completing the program, including full participation in all mandatory Lavender Gala rehearsals and the culminating Lavender Gala Debutante, Beau & Youth Presentation Ceremony.Failure to comply with the program's attendance requirements, participation expectations, Code of Conduct, or other program policies may result in the reduction or revocation of the sponsorship and/or dismissal from the program.Because sponsorship funds are limited and made possible through the generosity of donors, corporate partners, foundations, and community supporters, students who receive a sponsorship but voluntarily withdraw, fail to complete the program, or are dismissed from the program may become ineligible for future sponsorship consideration through Young Debs Inc.Please note: Sponsorships are limited, are not guaranteed, and are awarded based on demonstrated financial need, eligibility, available funding, and the number of qualified applicants.This version has a more grant-funded scholarship tone, emphasizing stewardship of donor funds while making expectations and consequences clear without sounding punitive.

  • By signing this application, we, the parent/guardian and the student, agree to fully participate in the program we are applying for. This includes attending and actively participating in community service projects, social events, fundraising events, and etiquette classes.

    We, the parent/guardian and the student, agree to follow the rules and regulations established by Young Debs Inc. We understand that failure to abide by these standards may result in forfeiture of participation in the program and all associated privileges.

    As the parent/guardian, I agree to uphold the rules and regulations established by Young Debs Inc. and to assist in ensuring my child abides by these standards. I acknowledge that the organization reserves the right to add amendments to the handbook as needed and that I will be notified of any such changes.

I acknowledge that I am applying for a sponsorship for my daughter/son to participate. I understand that sponsorship is not guaranteed, but it may cover a portion or all of the yearly dues, which are $450. If my daughter/son receives a sponsorship, they are expected to fully participate in the program, and failure to do so may result in the loss of sponsorship.
