Below is a brief survey about the health of YOUR marriage and is intended to provide confidential information for me to use as a resource in an upcoming Marriage Seminar that I will be teaching. I’m asking for you and your wife to take the time to answer these questions (preferably separately) by August 4th. Your names will not be shared publicly, and I’m fine with you only answering the questions that you feel comfortable responding to. Any information and input that you provide in response to this request will be a blessing and will help me better understand the state of marriages across the wide spectrum of couples.
Some of you I know personally, some I only know passingly, others I have not had the pleasure to meet, but I believe all of you can provide me with a wealth of knowledge as I seek to help the marriages of our church and the other churches who will have delegates at our upcoming Rekindle Conference.
