Please note that once we set a date, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. By sending a deposit you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following policies:
Deposits are accepted via e-transfer to jaydaktattoos@gmail.com
All clients are required to complete a waiver prior to getting tattooed.
Deposits can be moved to a new appointment with sufficient* notice to rebook.
Clients are allowed 3 reschedules with sufficient* notice before the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book.
Deposits are kept on file for one year from when they were received, if not used they will be forfeited.
For tattoos requiring multiple sessions, the deposit will be taken off the final appointment.
If you are over 15 minutes late, or do not show up to your appointment time with no contact, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Touchups are subject to a $30 supply fee.
All prices include GST.
