I’m delighted to have the opportunity to coordinate a photography session at your center! My goal is to capture the joyful moments and special activities of the children in a fun and memorable way. I want the experience to be enjoyable for the children and to create beautiful keepsakes for your center.

HOW I ROLL:

I want to share a bit about my approach so that we can ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. I love to take a mix of play and posed activity photos, both indoors and outdoors. Inside, I will move around the room to capture the shots I need, typically aiming for around 3-4 indoor shots.

For outdoor shots, I adore getting the kids engaged in activities they love like swinging, playing in tunnels, on monkey bars, riding bikes, or enjoying the sandpit. To ensure the kids can freely be themselves, I use fill flash which allows them to continue their play without interruptions.

Regarding the logistics, I try to be efficient with my time so that I'm usually done by early afternoon. If there's wet weather, I'll need a preferred space undercover with a few props set up ready for the outdoor play photos.

WHAT TIME I START AT THE CENTRE?

I like to arrive around 8.30/9.00am

I generally will shoot until midday. We try to cover 20-30 children per day. Centre's with  30 - 60 children will be booked over 2 days. 3 days for centres 60-80 and longer for centres 80+

HOW DO PARENTS REGISTER?

About a month before your Photo day I will provide the centre with brochures to print out to pass onto parents both printed and a PDF copy. This has a QR code Families can scan and it will take them to our website which has a link to register. It's all very simple and usually, staff don't need to worry as Families contact us directly if they have issues.

All payments are made online so centre's need not worry about having to collect money.

Parents do have to register their children before Photo Day or no photos will be taken of their child and they will not be able to be in the group photo.

CLASS PHOTOS

Group photos can be in traditional format like we all did at school. Rows of children sitting on chairs etc, with educators in them as well. We only offer this format to Kindy groups and older groups in a childcare centre ( 4 year olds ). Younger children &  childcare centres will be offered a composite group photo's as long as the child is registered. Names of children will be added to the group photo such as: Miranda C, Blake D, etc for privacy reasons.

Centres will receive complimentary group photos.

*With so many restrictions on privacy and family dynamics, this is the safest way we feel to still offer a group photo

* All centres will be sent the class photos so we can get the childrens correctly spelled names for printing.

TURNAROUND TIMES

1. Photo proof sheets are sent to the centre to be handed to families. This gives them a link to order their photos online. This will be sent or dropped off at the center roughly 7-10 days after our last day at the centre.

2. Families will receive their proof sheets of their child's photos.  All photos viewed on the sheet are given in a kinder album if ordered.  Or they can choose to purchase individual photos.  *A minimum spend of $35 is required on all orders. 

3. Families will have 1month to order their photo packages and receive free delivery to the centre.

Delivery date will be set between myself and the centre.  After the month they will need to pay a postage fee.

4. 2-3 weeks after the closing order date photos will be delivered to the centre.

SIBLING PHOTOS

Parents are asked on their registration forms to select a box if they would like to have sibling photos taken.

This is an extra charge of $15.  This is given back via a coupon code. Sent with their proof sheet.

Sibling photos are taken on the younger child's photo day.

What do you get from me?

As a thank you for having us at your centre you will receive the complimentary group photos.  Staff photos can be taken and are printed as 5x7 prints. (Value is around $350)

If you are satisfied with my service and like to refer me to other centres I would happily  give you some marketing photos for your centre to use on your social media and website.
(Photos where parents have given permission to be used).
