Responsibilities of the Landlord:
The Landlord shall maintain the Room and its amenities in a habitable condition.
The Landlord shall provide reasonable notice to the Tenant(s) for any inspections, repairs, or maintenance required in the Room.
Responsibilities of the Tenant(s):
The Tenant(s) shall keep the Room clean and in good condition.
The Tenant(s) shall not sublet the Room or assign this Agreement without the written consent of the Landlord.
The Tenant(s) shall not engage in any illegal activities on the premises.
The Tenant(s) shall not engage in any business activities from the rented accommodation without the express written permission of the Landlord.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving the agreed written notice to the other party. The Tenant(s) shall be responsible for paying the rent for the notice period.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
