  • SAICSIT 2025: Accommodation Booking Form

  • All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Hotel rates are per room, per night and include either a Continental or full English breakfast.

    Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 16th May 2025 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR115.00.

    Reservations cancelled after 16th May 2025 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

    1. 60 – 31 Days – 50% Cancellation fees apply

    2. 30 – 0 Days – 100% Cancellation fees apply

    An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 01st July 2025.

    Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.

    For group reservations terms and conditions, these will be outlined in group contracts.
