    Complete this form to request Girl Scout uniforms, provided by Girl Scouts River Valleys. After submitting the form, we will begin working on your order. Please note that all uniforms will be heat pressed, meaning the insignia will come already attached to the uniform. If you do not want heat press, please let us know in the additional notes section (this will result in a faster turnaround time). Orders generally take 10-15 business days to process, and we will notify you via email once the order is ready for pick-up. If a phone call is preferred, please add that to the ‘note’ section at the bottom of this form. Please contact us with any questions, or to request the current turn-around time. Thank you!
