The West Virginia Strawberry Festival Board of Directors would like to invite all Upshur County female residents who are 13-15 years of age to apply to be a Hostess Princess for the 2025 festival. If chosen you will serve as the Goodwill Ambassadors for the festival and guides to the 2025 Royalty. You must be available to attend Jr. Royalty Pageant, TBA, 2025; Festival Week, May 10-18, 2025.
The candidates will be appointed by the WVSF President from entries received (according to our bylaws).
Deadline for entries March 15, 2025.
After the deadline, all applicants will be called for a brief phone interview. Those selected and their guardian will be asked to sign a contract acknowledging responsibilities.
