Jungle Bells is right around the corner on Saturday December 13th & it's sure to be the BEST event ever! This Christmas themed event will showcase different food trucks, vendors, shopping merchants, Santa, toy giveaways and more!
We are offering spots for shopping & food vendors of all kinds!
Spots will be 10x10 in size OR the size of the food truck.
Tents & tables & chairs will NOT be provided.
Spots are first come, first served.
Cost:
$100 for Food Vendors
$50 for Shopping Vendors
*The above NON-REFUNDABLE fee will be collected to reserve your spot-Everyone must pay this fee as it holds your spot, no exepctions*
As a participant of Jungle Bells on December 13th, I/we agree to the following terms & conditions:
Set up, seasonally decorate and man my booth. This includes providing displays and/or banners. The cost is $100.00 per food vendor & $50 per shopping vendor. Applications are due by Sunday December 7! NO EXCEPTIONS! Electricity is not guaranteed & tables, tents & chairs will not be provided. Each booth will receive two (2) free passes (ONLY 2) into the days events so please plan your set up accordingly. (Booth/Food Truck spaces are non-refundable)
I agree to have my booth space completely set up and ready by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Food trucks MUST be parked by 5 PM on Friday, December 12th. NO EXCEPTIONS! Early setup is available from 10am-5pm on the day before the event for the food trucks only-Shopping Vendors must set up the day of. Security will be provided.
I agree to have all edible items ready for purchase by the general public by no later than 10:00 a.m. (This does not include the putting together of items such as hamburgers and hotdogs, this simply means that you will have your booth space open for the general public to make purchases by that time.)
I agree to have my food truck/trailer/grill, etc. on the zoo premises, in the area provided for my booth, by no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, December 12th(Food Trucks). OR I agree to have my booth set-up with merchandise, decor, signage, etc. no later than 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13th(shopping vendors)
Those parking in spaces not allotted to them, or occupying more than one booth space will be fined $25.00 and/or not permitted to participate in future events. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
I agree not to break down my table or start packing up until the close of the event which is 2:00 p.m. Failure to abide by break down rules will result in not being asked to participate in the next event. It is very important that no one breaks down early in order to have a good representation throughout the entire event.
I agree to provide extension cords if needed for electricity and/or fans-You must bring your own fans and extension cords as we do not have these to hand out. These items will not be provided & electricity is very limited so let Robin know immediatley if you will need power.
NO SHOW POLICY – The success of this event depends on my being present. Not showing for the scheduled event will result in an additional $25.00 fee to be paid to the event and all deposits/payments I have made for this event will be forfeit. I also understand that I will not be permitted to participate at any future zoo functions should I not show up for this event.
Each vendor is responsible for their own taxes. No tax forms will be provided at the event.
Each vendor is responsible for their own occupational license (if said license is necessary for the event under local city and parish ordinances).
Each food vendor acknowledges that they have obtained and understand all rules and regulations set forth by the Department of Health & Hospitals for sanitation, and the safe handling of food and will abide by same.
REMINDER: Straws, plastic lids, balloons, etc are not permitted in the Zoo. These items pose a safety risk to our animals.
Payments can be made via this form which uses Square. Vendors will be contacted to confirm their acceptance to the event.
