Disclaimer:
*1. Assumption of Risk**
By participating in this gardening course, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in activities that involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Exposure to weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, rain)
- Contact with plants, insects, and soil, which may cause allergic reactions or injuries
- Use of gardening tools and equipment, which may cause injuries if not used properly
I understand that these risks cannot be completely eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this course.
**2. Liability Waiver**
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Blossom and Grow, its officers, employees, instructors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in the gardening course, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
**3. Medical Treatment**
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Blossom and Grow to secure from any accredited hospital, and/or medical professional any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.
**4. Personal Property**
I understand that I am responsible for my personal property. Blossom and Grow is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
**5. We priortise the safety and well being of our students. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule our workshops due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances beyond our control.
I have read this disclaimer, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I am entering this agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my submission of this form to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
