    With online coaching, you'll receive detailed feedback and necessary adjustments on a weekly basis, ensuring that you stay on track and make progress consistently. The structured approach I provide is essential for your success.

    Training Plan

    In my app, you'll discover a personalised training plan tailored just for you. I prioritise the quality, suitability, and level of personalisation of your training plan to ensure you achieve the best possible results. Every aspect of your plan, from the ideal split and exercise selection to training volume, frequency, and intensity, will be carefully considered. I take into account your specific goals, needs, limitations, experience level, and available training time to create a plan that perfectly fits you. With this approach, you'll be on track to reach your fitness objectives effectively and efficiently.

    Nutrition

    You'll be provided with two meal plans one for training days and another for non-training days. Based on your specific goal, experience level, and circumstances, you have the flexibility to either follow these plans meticulously or focus on meeting your daily calorie and macronutrient targets while prioritising nutrient-dense foods. To create meal plans that align with your preferences and requirements, I will consider the information you provide in your enquiry form. This ensures that the food choices, quantities, and timings are tailored to your needs. Additionally, to enhance overall diet adherence, you may have the option of one untracked off-plan meal each week.

    Expenditures

    To enhance your overall health, lifestyle, and potentially boost your performance, you will be assigned expenditure goals, which involve achieving a specific number of steps and engaging in formal cardio exercises. I will always provide personal recommendations for the most suitable form of cardio based on your current situation. However, I am open to considering other options as long as you maintain consistency, sufficient output, and ensure adequate recovery. Having expenditure goals throughout the year is highly beneficial, not only for achieving physique-related objectives but also for improving cardiovascular health, digestion, and overall productivity, i now have wearable integration, so your smart watch will automatically upload your steps to the app.

    Exercise Library

    In my app, your training plan will include a valuable feature - a link to a video demonstration for each prescribed exercise. This resource is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of how to perform each exercise correctly, maximising its effectiveness, preventing injuries, and ultimately boosting your confidence to complete successful workout sessions.

    Weekly Check-In

    Every week, you'll have a designated check-in day, and it is crucial that you fully complete the check-in form. Your honest and accurate input is essential as it enables me to provide valuable advice and a meaningful check-in response tailored to your progress.

    WhatsApp Support

    Effective communication is a vital aspect of the coaching process. It ensures that you stay well-informed about your training, eliminates decision-making stress, and fosters continuous learning. As a client, feel free to ask me any questions at any time, regardless of how simple they may seem. I'm here to assist you and provide prompt responses to the best of my ability.

    Pricing

    My online coaching is priced at £90 per month, with no fixed minimum term, so you’re not locked into anything long term.

    The only thing I ask is a month’s notice from your payment date if you do decide to stop, just so everything can be wrapped up properly other than that, there are no restrictions.
