  • Thank you for your interest in applying to be a vendor at the 2024 Savannah Cultural Festival! We appreciate your enthusiasm and are excited to have you as a potential participant in this event. To proceed with your application, please complete the questionnaire provided below.

    Please note that all vendor applications will undergo an approval process by DBHDD (Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities), Pillars Initiative, and the planning committee. While we review your application, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we strive to curate a diverse and vibrant vendor marketplace that aligns with the festival's mission and values.

    Details:

    Cost: Free (donation of an item valued at $25 for our raffle is requested)
    Indoor Setup: Includes a 6-foot table and two chairs. No tents required.
    Outdoor Setup: Allows for a 10x10 setup with your own tent. Limited space available.

    Application Deadline:

    August 15, 2024, or until spaces are filled (first come, first served). We reserve the right to refuse any application. Please ensure that all merchandise in your booth is family-friendly and does not include drug or alcohol paraphernalia.

    Event Date Schedule:

    Set-Up Time: Between 10 AM and 11:30 AM
    Event Time: 12 PM - 6 PM
    Breakdown Time: From 6 PM to 8 PM

  • Cancellation Clause
    In the event that you need to cancel your participation as a vendor at the Savannah Cultural Festival, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 14 days' notice prior to the event date. This will allow us sufficient time to offer the vendor space to another applicant from our waiting list.

    Please note that all applications that miss the first come, first served timeframe will automatically be placed on the waiting list.

    As this is a community event, your prompt notification of any cancellations will help us open the requested space for other vendors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this cancellation policy. Thank you for your support and understanding!

  • RAFFLE REQUEST- TABLING VENDORS

    We are excited to announce that all vendors participating in the Savannah Cultural Festival will have the opportunity to be part of our raffle drawing. As a valued vendor, we request that you contribute an item for our raffle drawing, with a minimum value of $25. Your generous contribution will help us create an engaging experience for attendees and support the festival's overall success. Raffle tickets will be called, and guests will be able to select from the vendor raffle listing. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to the Savannah Cultural Festival.

    By participating as a vendor at the Savannah Cultural Festival, you agree to release and hold harmless the festival organizers, Pillars Initiative, DBHDD, and all affiliated parties from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from your participation in the event, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage to your property, or any personal injury. By submitting this form, you agree to these terms.
