2024 Conference Registration

Join us for an enriching experience on October 11-12 at Music Academy of North Carolina and UNC Greensboro. Detailed parking information will be provided by October 4th. Each morning session kicks off at 8:45 AM with dynamic sessions and events throughout the whole day. Dr. Kevin Olson, our guest pedagogue, will present on Friday and conduct a masterclass on Saturday. On Friday night, the banquet will feature a keynote address by MTNA President Dr. Peter Mack followed by internationally acclaimed artist Dan Tepfer’s concert. Saturday evening will bring an exciting raffle and special recognitions. Take advantage of special hotel rates in the area with firm reservation dates. CONFERENCE PRICING

Early pricing is available for NCMTA members until September 22th. After that, all attendees must pay full price. Single day pricing for either Friday or Saturday attendance is available as well as student pricing. Recorded sessions will be posted online after the event for those who pay full registration. The Dan Tefner concert will be free and opened to the public as well as live-streamed. Please indicate below your registration category. At the bottom, you will indicate your choice again to add it to the total in order to process payment.

CONFERENCE MEALS

Please stay on campus and join us for lunch and dinner both days. Price includes catering service and cleanup. For Friday's lunch, please indicate your choice. For the three other meals, please click to indicate that you will be joining us. Gluten free options are available upon request by emailing presidentelect@ncmta.org by September 22. To add your meals to your total payment, at the bottom of this form, you will indicate each meal again so the fees will be calculated properly. Thank you!

Friday Dinner

Mediterranean Buffet - Chicken souvlaki and falafel served with pitas, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, crumbled feta, fresh herb couscous salad, and your choice of tzatziki or lemon dill sauce. Mini cupcakes for dessert.
Saturday Lunch

Taco Buffet - Soft or hard tortilla shells with your choice of shredded chicken, taco beef, taco seasoned quinoa (V). Includes shredded lettuce or Cilantro Lime Slaw, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, guacamole, black beans, pickled jalapenos, and sour cream. Brownies for dessert.
Saturday Dinner

Housemade Beef or Cheese Lasagna with garlic bread, side salad, and Ranch dressing or balsamic vinaigrette. Custom cake for dessert.
Complimentary popcorn and coffee will be available Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning, light breakfast pastries and coffee will be served.
CONFERENCE PAYMENT

Registration is complete when payment is collected. Only one teacher can register per form. If you are bringing a guest for meals only, please change the quantity to 2 to pay for the correct number of meals. MEALS MUST BE ORDERED BY SEPTEMBER 22. Due to our commitment to Appalachian State University and our guest artists, no refunds will be given.
