SECTION A

THE ARTISTIC SCHOOL OF MUSIC DOES NOT OFFER LESSON RESCHEDULING AS A SERVICE.

The Artistic School Of Music has created this page as a gesture of goodwill to help Students, Parents and Legal Guardians to see any free spaces that may occur in their teachers shedule in the current month only.

Students, Parents and Legal Guardians can make a request to The Artistic School Of Music to use a free space for their teacher in the current month only, to reschedule their lesson in strict accordance with Section D points one to sixteen of The Artistic School Of Music Terms and Conditions.

SECTION B

1) Request Rescheduling is an AUTOMATED SYSTEM which will only reply to Rescheduling Request Forms submitted, you can only request a lesson to be rescheduled using this system.

THE SYSTEM WILL NOT RESPOND TO GENERAL EMAILS.

3) HOW YOU CAN CREATE MORE REQUEST LESSON RESCHEDULING OPTIONS

Please go to the add my lesson to the Free Spaces Table page (which can be access by our website or by the link below) which will explain and guide you through this process.

SECTION C

HOW TO REQUEST A LESSON TO BE RESCHEDULED

1) Choose a WHITE DAY for your teacher from the Free Spaces Table below and complete and submit a Lesson Rescheduling Request Form found at the bottom of this page and our automated system will reply to confirm your lesson has been rescheduled or provide a reason code why we can not reschedule your lesson. A full explanation of reason codes can be found on section D point 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

2) THE FREE SPACES TABLE WILL SHOW YOU ANY FREE LESSON TIMES IN YOUR TEACHERS SCHEDULE FOR THE CURRENT MONTH WHICH YOU CAN REQUEST US TO USE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR LESSON, THE FREE SPACES TABLE IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING WITH NEW WHITE DAYS BEING ADDED WHEN THEY OCCUR AND REMOVED AND MADE A BLACK DAY WHEN SOMEONE USES THEM.

3) WHAT YOU SEE ON THE FREE SPACES TABLE IS THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION FOR REQUESTING LESSON RESCHEDULING AND WHAT WE CAN ALSO SEE.
