Terms and Conditions:
- All applications are subject to approval by the event organizers.
- Full payment is required within 14 days of invoice date to confirm sponsorship or exhibitor space.
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed as follows:
  - More than 60 days before the event: 50% refund
  - Less than 60 days before the event: No refund
- Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with all venue regulations.
- The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule and layout.
