If you require a refund for an already purchased ticket for your PA, this can be organised once your access application has been approved.

Our facilities are specifically for Deaf, disabled & neurodivergent people.

Due to limited services, we are unable to offer our accessible facilities if you are pregnant or have a temporary injury, illness or impairment or if you have had a recent surgery that is not deemed as a long term health condition.
