Overview
The SEED Exchange Reproductive & Maternal Health, is a global program initiative which offers a unique opportunity for change-makers to engage in cultural immersion and symbiotic learning to improve health and social outcomes across the African diaspora.
The Invitation
With endorsement from the Ghana Tourism Authority Office of Beyond The Return, we welcome public health professionals, clinicians, midwives, doulas, artists, birth support professionals, funders, tech experts, leaders, policy experts and advocates from the African diaspora to join us for an immersive experience in Accra, Ghana. Attendees will travel throughout Accra and surrounding regions in a cohort, to engage in an agenda focused on interacting with stakeholders such as healthcare experts, cultural liaisons, community leaders, and public health institutions.

REPRA Health is a U.S. based boutique agency founded by two Ghanaian-Americans providing education, technical assistance, building communities to push boundaries, disrupting the status quo, and designing innovative solutions for maternal and reproductive health. The SEED Exchange is REPRA's flagship global health programming.
The Goal
Through The SEED Exchange, attendees operationalize the spirit of the core Adinkra tenet of Sankofa as they engage in an exchange of ideas, innovations, and build foundations for commitments to action to improve maternal and reproductive health.

SEED Exchange Midwifery & Doula Edition ( 8 days, June 19 -27, 2026) : designed for midwives, doulas, clinicians and birth support professionals to rest in community and engage in multi-modal cultural immersion focused on traditional African wellness, prenatal and post-partum practices.
SEED Exchange (7 days, July 4th - 11th, 2026) : designed for those interested in exploring a systems level approach to understanding challenges, and fostering culturally- led innovations for improving reproductive and maternal health outcomes in Ghana and across the African diaspora.
