Participation of any Love 4 The Game Inc events is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Upon entering this program/event, you withhold and release any and all liability from Love 4 The Game Inc, and any of its parenting companies and this program for any reason at any time. Please protect yourself and others and be aware of your surroundings. You are responsible for yourself and your belongings at all times.

I hereby release Love 4 the Game Inc, from any and all liability as a result of any participation. I fully understand that as a parent/legal guardian, I am responsible for any and all medical expenses, which may be incurred as a result of any accidental injuries. I know and understand that photographers/videographers will be present at programs/events in which my child is participating, and I allow Love 4 The Game Inc, to use my child’s pictures and likeliness in Love 4 The Game Inc, marketing and advertising materials such as (but no limited to) website, flyers, socail media and banners, etc

Parents and players are responsible for their own hotel and travel expenses when traveling with the Love 4 The Game 7v7 football organization out of St.Lucie County. If the organiztion books flight, charter bus's and/or Hotels as a group players will be offered a discounted rate. There may also be entrance and/or parking fees at each event. ALL PLAYERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD. SNACKS AND WATER WILL BE PROVIDED.

Some other responsibilities of parents are:

-To act as role models for their children and demonstrate positive behavior, respect, and sportsmanship at all times.

-To value their child’s commitment and support them with positive encouragement, attendance at games and practices, and timely transportation. Coaches and staff are not responsible for transportation unless stated other wise. Players that do not participate in practice will be subject to termination from the team or no play time.

-To communicate effectively with the coach and the team, and avoid any conflicts or disruptions.

-To volunteer for various tasks such as fundraising, snacks, hydration, and shade tents.

-To enjoy the journey and put winning and losing into perspective.

-**Grades and Behavior Policy:**

All players must login via Skyward each week to the player's head coach or team mom by the start of practice every week.

If a player's GPA average is below the required standard, or if they fail to show proof of grades, they may be required to sit out for one quarter or a full game. Consistent poor grades or behavior may result in termination from the Love 4 The Game INC - REDOPPS team without a refund. No exceptions.

-All Players will be required to participate in fundraiser events such as carwashes, Monthy donation calanders, community events etc...

**Registration and Payment Policy:**

The registration fee is $250, which includes uniforms and access to all tournaments for the player's age group (travel and hotel expenses are not included). **Registration is non-refundable.**

All registration fees must be paid by January 16,2025

If the full $250 registration fee is not paid by JANUARY 16,2025 the player will not beable to participate. Please note, spots will not be held for players who do not pay. Spots are limited.
