What to expect
Completing this application is a step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Harrison's Lakeside Labradors LLC, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.
- Once we have gone over all of the Questionnaires, we will choose who we feel fit best to move forward and notify all parties.
- The pick of the puppy/dog in question will be up to the breeder with Harrison's Lakeside Labradors LLC to best fit our program. If you do not care for the puppy/dog, you have the right to decline the puppy/dog in question.
- The puppy/dog must be available for visits a few times a year for a few days to a week unless we deem longer in order to assure the puppy/dog's comfort with us for when their time comes to breed.
- All breeding, whelping and raising of the puppies is soley done by the breeder with Harrison's Lakeside Labradors LLC.
- All expenses related to the breeding, whelping and raising of the puppies, is covered by Harrison's Lakeside Labradors LLC and not the Guardian Home. In addition, the income related to the breeding, whelping and raising of the puppies is purely the business of Harrison's Lakeside Labradors LLC.
- The puppy/dog must remain up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations as well as regular, monthly flea, tick and heartworm prevention covered by the Guardian Home.
- As a thank you bonus, we offer a one time, pick out of a litter OR a $1000 cash bonus.
CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed and notarized contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason, it's a bit lengthy.
