Low Country Hare Scramble racing, like all MotoSports, is extremely dangerous. Participation in any LCHS racing event is voluntary. By participating in this event, you assume all injuries, accidents, or damages are liable by you, the participant only. LCHS does not inspect race vehicles or equipment used for the event. You are solely responsible for the condition of your race vehicle, equipment and protective gear, as well as your ability to operate said vehicle. If you feel that you, your vehicle or equipment is not prepared or safe prior to race, you may withdraw from the race and receive a full refund of your Race entry fee. By participating in this event, you agree that rescue and medical personnel may release medical information about you or any condition you may have to LCHS. You further agree to abide by all LCHS rules and regulations, AMA rules and regulations, as well as all waiver/release and liability forms. By signing this document, you agree LCHS and our event Landowner(s), are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or death that may occur to you or your child during this event.
