MARKET AT THE MARINA LOGISTICS
APPLICANTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES
SET-UP: To avoid disruption of the market experience, there will be no late setups or early breakdowns. All vendors must be fully set up by the market's start time. If you arrive past the start time, you will not be allowed to set up.
BOOTH PRESENTATION: Ensure that your booth is clean, organized, and presentable at the scheduled start of the market and throughout the entire event.
SOFT BREAKDOWN: To avoid disruption of the market experience, there will be no late setups or early breakdowns. Soft breakdown is permitted 15 minutes before closing to facilitate guest traffic.
**WEATHER, BUYOUTS, UNEXPECTED EVENTS:
This is a Rain or Shine Event!
If we have to postpone due to buyouts or unexpected events we will apply your credit to a future market. Must use credit within 3 months.
CANCELLATIONS: Notify the coordinator of any cancellations as soon as possible as we understand life happens.
No-show vendors will not be invited back or refunded.
TABLE COVERINGS: All tables must be covered with floor-length tablecloths that conceal the front, leaving no exposed areas.
STORAGE AND MERCHANDISE: Keep bins, boxes, and extra storage hidden beneath the table, out of view from the audience, and ensure they do not obstruct your space or that of others.
VENDOR BOOTH ASSISTANCE: Vendors may have one additional person at their booth for assistance. Please refrain from bringing multiple helpers, small children, or pets.
NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: including vapes, eCigs, cigarettes, marijuana, etc., is strictly prohibited at your booth. Kindly use designated areas in the parking lot if necessary.
FRAGRANCE CONSIDERATION: Before using potent wax fragrances, sage, palo santo, incense, etc., be considerate of other vendors and guests. No open flames or candles are permitted.
EVENT PROMOTION: All vendors are expected to promote the event on their social media platforms. Vendors who do not actively contribute to event promotion may not be considered for future events and could risk removal from the event.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS & VENDOR PARKING
• Booth locations and event layout are subject to change per the Event Management Personnel.
• Booths will be assigned the Monday before the event and information on booths and parking will be sent to you then.
• You, as a vendor, are responsible for all of your tables and chairs.
No Refunds or Transfers: There are no refunds or transfers of vendor fees if you withdraw from the event for any reason, without exceptions.
