Per my lease, I understand that failing to have my carpets professionally cleaned will result in a $300 deduction in my security deposit
Per my lease, I understand that I am required to leave all keys, amenity key card, storage keys, etc at the property. I will leave one access key in the mounted box at my home for the inspection. $100 fee failure to provide access.

Move out statements are returned in 14 business days or less. If you disagree with something on the statement, you will need to reply in writing with an itemized list of your concerns to your move out specialist on the email.
