  • This position was created due to the upgrade in our database; our aim is to target more employees who will work from home or anywhere of their choice, as this is strictly a remote position. The working hours are flexible; employees can choose to work in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The regular pay rate is $35/hour and $30/hour during training.


    You will be responsible for maintaining client and employee records and distributing copies of compliance documentation to appropriate branch staff based on a company-approved standardized paper flow. You will also ensure all client and employee files are current and complete, interface with administrative staff to gather deficient or inaccurate documents, and notify the manager when employees do not respond to requests for needed documentation. Then you will constantly file or route source documents after entry. Respond to inquiries regarding the entered data. Also maintain a daily count of work processed and may create periodic reports for management. Performing routine maintenance on machinery used, you will also handle the preparation of balance sheets (mini), account balancing, invoicing recording, proper data analysis of sales records, and recording pay slips into accounting databases.


    All these will be facilitated by utilizing easy-to-use working software made available to employees. Your responsibilities demand that you compare the data entered with source documents, identify errors, and subsequently correct any errors (most importantly, Structure Therapeutics employees must have a passion for perfection).

Your training clearance will be given to you at the end of your training. This indicates that you are now done with your training and enables you to receive full employee compensation ($35/hour).


    Training is necessary so you will know how to get tasks done, and he or she will be the one that you turn to in case you have difficulties completing any task that is given to you. Training is scheduled two weeks after you're hired.


    Workdays are Mondays through Fridays, and your pay would be calculated with the help of the time tracker software that will be included in the programs provided by the vendor. Therefore, your working hours are logged and automatically calculated on our company's private server.

  • This position is for 40 hours weekly with a minimum of 5 hours daily, and if you choose to work more hours, you will be paid the same amount ($35/hour). Training and work hours are flexible; you can choose your training hours. Training is 2 hours per day for 2 weeks, and you will be paid $30 per hour. The purpose of the interview is to see how you would fit into our culture and organization and what you could bring to the job. For this position, we combine interview assessments with other assessment tools. These assessment tools could be business cases, ability tests, personality questionnaires, and, most importantly, response timing. All assessment methods are used in accordance with high ethical standards, and we treat all assessment results with absolute confidence. The results will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and local legislation. It is important that you feel adequately informed to make a qualified decision if you are offered the position.
