This is what your current lease says about Early Release of a Single Occupant (1.22 Early Termination (c):
(c) Early Release of Single Occupant: A single occupant requesting to vacate from an active lease with multiple occupants will be required to sign an amendment waving their right to the security deposit. The STAYING occupant (s) will be required to pay an additional deposit equal to a 1/2 months rent. Deposits will be eligible for refund at the time of move out. The LEAVING occupants will be required to pay a $250.00 administrative fee to All 3 Realty.
