We make a conscious effort to ensure each and every order is packaged securely and protected against potential damage in transit.
If your order was damaged:
- we will file a damaged parcel claim with the courier and,
- we will stay in touch throughout the process, which can take up to 10 days.
Please hold onto all damaged products and packaging materials until this process is complete and take multiple photos of the damage; including the exterior of the box, the product in its original packaging, and any additional packing materials.
Claims must be filed promptly after delivery. Failure to provide required photos or information in a timely manner may reduce the chance of a successful claim, and Vykon may not be able to offer compensation in these cases.
