Important Note: Your request may be rejected if you do not provide any supporting documentation. If the supporting documentation is in a language other than English, a copy of the original language document/s and a complete English translation of the original language document/s must be supplied.

Terms & Conditions:
- ASIA will not be able to extend overdue fees for more than a few days. However, incoming payment due dates may be extended up to 2 weeks if supporting documents are provided.
- Should a payment extension be granted, students are required to follow the payment plan that will be provided to them after approval. Any delay or deviation from the agreed upon payment plan will count as a breach of agreement that WILL lead to late penalty charges of $100 per week.
- In case where the extension has not been granted, students are required to pay their pending fees as per their offer letter.
- Students have the right to appeal through ASIA’s complaint and appeal process, in accordance with standards 10 (Complaints and appeals) of National Code 2018, within 20 working days.
