We love having you as a member. However we understand people's circumstances change. If you are wishing to cancel your F45 Tauranga membership, please read and complete the form below.

Here are a couple of things you need to know about membership cancellations:
- If you have signed up to a 3 month / 6 month /12 month contract and wish to cancel before your contracted term, you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining payments
- Flexible memberships and those who have surpassed their contract term are required to provide 4 weeks notice
- You will receive an email or phone confirmation when your termination has been processed
