Our Fee Schedule
While medicare rebates cover our GP consults (bulk-billed), there is a monthly out-of-pocket fee for the work performed by our GP and clinical support team which is not covered by medicare e.g. prescriptions, emails and other correspondance with your care team.

Cost: $29 per month

Method: Direct debit from bank account or credit card.

Procedure Fees: for medical procedures not covered by Medicare rebates:
- Iron Infusion: $149.00
- Ear Wax Removal/Irrigation: $49.00
- Skin Cryotherapy: $49.00
- Skin Excision : $249.00
- Report Writing: $99.00
Declaration of Consent
I authorise Elder Medical to charge the card/account provided for agreed upon GP Services with a regular direct debit of $29 per month. I understand that this information will be saved securely to file for future transactions on my account and that additional fees may be incurred if the GP is required to perform a Procedure as listed in the fee schedule above. This agreement can be cancelled by request at any time by either party and will automatically be terminated if the patient is discharged from our care.
