BTC welcomes applications from disabled students, urging prompt disclosure of disabilities. Assurance is given that disclosure won't affect selection. The university aims to collaborate on needs assessment, plan accommodations, and communicate transparently on support options, ensuring an inclusive and positive student experience.

1. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Declaration:

• I acknowledge that all information from BTC, written or oral, including fee details, is confidential. I understand that 'Confidential Information' covers all materials related to fees and any specifics linked to attendance at BTC. I recognize that all forms of data, in any format, regarding scholarship awards fall under the umbrella of 'Confidential Information.' I am aware that any unauthorized disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, may lead to legal actions against me. I understand that such unauthorized disclosure may result in severe consequences, including financial assistance termination and potential dismissal from BTC.
• I acknowledge that actions taken in response to confidentiality breaches are at the sole discretion of the BTC Administration, aimed at protecting BTC's integrity and values.
• BTC is not accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as it does not grant degrees.

2. International Student’s Terms and Conditions:

• Visa Processing: Upon paying the yearly tuition fee, Visa Charges, and Caution Deposit, the visa will be processed further, and GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs) documentation procedures will becompleted within 45 days.
• Components of Visa Cost: The student visa cost covers various elements, including the cost of a student entrypermit, residence visa, medical check, medical insurance in the UAE, and Emirates ID residence card.
• Non-Refundable Fees After Entry Permit Issuance: Once the entry permit is issued, fees will not be refunded.
• Refundable Security Deposit: The college may require enrolled students to place a refundable caution deposit. This deposit is intended to cover any damages that may occur during the course of their studies. The refundable deposit amount, if paid, will be eligible for a refund, but this will only occur after the successful completion of your course. The refund of the caution deposit will be processed and transferred to your account within 3-4 weeks upon the satisfactory completion of the course.
• Refund Policy: If the immigration rejects the visa, the tuition fee paid will be refunded after deducting the bank transfer charges.

3. Declaration:

• Consent for Recording and Usage: Students give the college consent to record their interviews and use quotes, images, and videos on social media platforms. This may include editing and sharing such content.
• Permission for Capturing and Using Media: Students grant permission for photographs, videos, and sound recordings of them to be captured and used in printed and electronic media, including the internet. These media may be used for teaching, research, and promotional purposes, and may be preserved in the college Archive for various purposes
