I have received a copy of the WAVE StudentFamily Handbook

I will read and review the policy and procedures in the handbook

I agree to be responsible for following all the rules and expectations of the school and

The parent/guardian/eligible student provides consent for the enrolled student to enroll

in WAVE courses which are accessible via Headrush.

I understand that WAVE offers courses that are online via Headrush as well as face to

Iwill submit a minimum of FIVE ASSIGNMENTS PER WEEK.

I will attend the Ypsilanti WAVE lab a minimum of 2 days a week. I will check in for academic planning conversations with my advisor once a week. I understand that WAVE operates year round. I will let my advisor know about any pre-planned absences. | will act responsibly when I use the internet.

Iwill not go on any other floors except for the 2nd floor.

I understand that there is no "coming and going" at WAVE. Once I sign in for my morning or afternoon session, I cannot leave and come back into the lab unless I get permission from the front office or an advisor.
