Read the following before submitting your order:

- We accept print-ready files. We are not responsible for errors in your graphics or sizing. We will print your files as they are received.

- If you did not provide a Pantone or hex color as a reference, we will not offer reprints due to color differences unless the issues are significant. (Ex. yellow printed as green)

- If referencing colors and your artwork does not match the provided colors, it will be rejected. We will not edit your files for you.

- We do not offer reprints due the incorrectly sized graphic being submitted. If the file you submit fits within the print size you select, it will be printed as is.

- We do not offer reprints due to incorrectly cropped graphics. If you the file you submit has negative space around the image, the negative space will be included in your print. Especially if you select a transfer size that corresponds to the size of the file submitted.

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS. We will not offer reprints due to delays caused by UPS.
