The APAP Honors celebrates and recognizes trailblazers and visionaries of the performing arts field. For more than five decades, the coveted awards have been presented annually as part of the APAP Awards Ceremony traditionally held at the annual APAP|NYC conference.
We will be having an in-person celebration of our awardees during the APAP|NYC 2025 conference, January 10-14, 2025.
APAP members are invited to nominate artists, agents, managers, presenters, producers, organizations, supporters, and other arts professionals whose hard work, dedication, and vision have contributed to the strength, impact, and resilience of the performing arts industry. As we work to sustain our field and look to the future, honoring the accomplishments of these field leaders is more important than ever.
To nominate an individual or organization for any of the six APAP Awards:
- You must be an active member of APAP, but the nominee is not required to be an APAP member. If self-nominating, you must be an active member of APAP.
- You may only nominate the same individual/organization for a maximum of two awards. Please submit each nomination separately.
- Self-nominations will be considered only if they are submitted with at least one (1) letter of support from an outside entity/individual (who is also an APAP member).
Submit Nominations by Friday, September 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT).
APAP is committed to advancing Racial Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the performing arts field (read more here).
