Event Set-Up Details:
Retail Schedule: Set up schedule for June 12, Thursday 1:00 pm-5:00 pm, Friday June 13, 10am-3PM Vendor Set-up (ABSOLUTELY NO VENDOR ARRIVALS AFTER 3:00PM Saturday!!!).
Teardown is after Showend: on Saturday evening, approx. 11pm. See the Festival Schedule page for updated times. Vendors must commit to stay from open until the event is closed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Prices are per space. All spaces are reserved for Friday & Saturday Evening. All vendors must register by June 1st, 2025. NO REFUNDS will be considered. Craft Vendors should bring their own quiet running generator (if needed) and lighting for under their tents. (Battery powered LED light)
Regulations: All exhibitors must provide their own tables, booths, or equipment. This is a wide open field. Be prepared. Vendor must clean up space at close of event including removal of all trash to dumpster. Violators will not be invited back next year. There will be some trash dumpsters provided. Please take what you can with you.
No pets allowed in the parking or festival areas. Space is reserved on a first paid basis. NO EXCLUSIVITY will be granted to any vendors. We do not have time to verify whether your vending company allows multiple vendors with the same product. Payment in FULL must be received within completion of this electronic application. If your application is denied your payment will be returned.
Insurance Requirements for Ride Vendors
Ride Vendor liability: General liability no less than $1 Million per occurrence.
Insurance COI Requirements for ride/food vendors, 1 COI is required:
COI must list Hot Air Balloon Management as the certificate holder: Name Hot Air Balloon Management 313 Ridgeview DR. Summerville GA 30747
and list the event grounds as additional insured in the box for description of certifications/locations: Atlanta Motor Speedway 1500 Tara Pl Hampton, GA 30228
Certificate must also indicate that coverage is in effect for the entire period of Friday and Saturday of the festival and must contain stipulation that the Hot Air Balloon Management shall receive at least 10 days prior written notice of cancellation or modifications.
