Our three month, online, foundation programme is designed to fit around full lives; to give you space to review want you want from life, practical tools and learning to help you work towards your goals, small disruptions to start to break unhelpful habits, support, encouragement, accountability and a small, close community.
We're offering small, sustainable changes that you can maintain consistently - not instant magic.
We meet 6 - 7pm on a Monday UK time, 1 - 2pm New York time. Two sessions of one to one coaching are included, additional coaching can be arranged to suit you.
