In order to participate, you will need to fill out this short questionnaire. Once you complete this, you will be asked to complete a video audition for this project.

Advertisers:  UW Credit Union

Union Status:  Non-Union

Exclusivity: N/A (UWCU will not be holding financial exclusivity, however they are asking for any current conflicts within financial services prior to hire. - Please list them, and submit an audition even if you have a current competing commercial airing in Wisconsin)

Submission Due: Monday, July 22nd - 9:00am CST

Callback (Virtual):  Wednesday, July 24th OR Thursday, July 25th

Fitting Date: August 12th

Shoot Date: August 13th - 17th

***You do not need to be available for all of the shoot dates to apply. Please fill out any conflicts you have on the next page. Talent will only be needed for a single shoot date, so please submit even if you are only available for a portion of the run.

Shoot Location: Milwaukee, WI and surrounding area.

All Rate & Usage Details Under Roles

On Camera Principals:

Professional Tattoo Artists - Male & Female, all ethnicities, all ages

Professional Tattoo Removal Artists - Male & Female, all ethnicities, all ages

Rate for On Camera Principals:

Session Fee: $500.00 (8 hour session. OT at 1.5 X hourly rate)

Usage Fee: $1250.00

USE TERMS: UW Credit Union TV broadcast usage in Milwaukee and Madison DMA, plus internet, 2 years from first air date - Usage rate is per spot

Travel Rate: $50.00 if traveling over 50 miles to shoot location.

Wardrobe Fitting Rate: $75 for up to 2 hrs prior to shoot day (Videoconference or otherwise)

Please be prepared to take up to the minute photos and videos specifically for this casting call, as it is important that the production team sees your current look!
