For good and valuable consideration, I grant Kids In Need Foundation and its affiliates, employees, partners (Burger King Foundation Inc., Burger King Company LLC and its franchisees), sponsors, or other relevant parties the absolute right and permission to copyright and use pictures, sound recordings, or video recordings of myself, my class, and/or my child. These materials may be used in whole or in part, or in composite or distorted form, for advertising, business, trade, or any other lawful purpose. I release my name and likeness for use in print, online, social media, audio/voice recordings, video-based marketing materials, and other company publications for public relations, public awareness, education, public service, and fundraising. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, manuscript, or advertising. I release and hold harmless Kids In Need Foundation, their legal representatives, designees, successors, assigns, and others acting under their permission from any liability related to the use of these materials. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation. I agree that the publication of these photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties. CROWN A CLASSROOM "SHARE YOUR STORY" GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES: 1. How to Enter/Winner Selection: Fill out survey and you will be entered in the Giveaway. Winner(s) will be chosen at random from all entries received as of October 1, 2025. You must be 21 or older to enter and a participant in the BKF Crown Your Classroom program. One entry per person. 2. Prize and Odds. Each winner will receive a Visa Gift Card (approximate value $50.00 while supplies last). Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitutions allowed. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received, with a maximum of 12 total gift cards being awarded. Winner(s) will be contacted at the email address listed on the survey form within (10) days of the Giveaway drawing.
