I understand that once I am approved, an event organizer will issue an invoice.
I understand that space is limited, and my space will not be reserved without payment and that my spot will not be reserved if my payment is not received within 48 hours of approval.
I understand that all fees are non-refundable if I choose not to attend for any reason. The event will continue rain or shine.
I understand I must bring my own tables and chairs. If I cannot provide my own, I will ask event organizers for help at least 36 hours before the event.
I understand that all materials, retail products, etc, must be appropriate for this family-friendly event.
I understand that Newberry’s Market, the property owners, the organizers, and their respective businesses are not liable for any items I bring to the event. The above-mentioned are not liable for theft, damage, injury, or loss while attending or participating in this event.
I understand that Newberry’s Market has the right to deny any vendor at their discretion. Denied vendors will be notified as soon as possible after registration and will not be issued an invoice.
