Terms of Agreement:
By registering for Open Studio Weekend (OSW), I agree that if I host other artists in my studio or if I am hosted by another artist, each participating artist must be individually registered and must pay all applicable fees. I understand that registration fees are non-refundable, and that my participation is contingent upon complying with all terms and conditions outlined by Open Studio Louisville, Louisville Visual Art (LVA), and Hite Art Institute.
I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for my studio space, artwork, and conduct during the event. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Open Studio Louisville, Louisville Visual Art, and Hite Art Institute, along with their officers, agents, and employees, from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, accidents, or expenses that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation. I acknowledge that OSL, LVA, and Hite Art Institute are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
I grant permission for OSW, LVA, and Hite Art Institute to use submitted images and to photograph me, my artwork, and my event space for promotional, documentation, and fundraising purposes. I understand that no pets or alcoholic beverages are allowed during the studio tour.
As a registered participant listed in the Open Studio Weekend (OSW) guide, I understand it is my responsibility to review, proofread, and approve my listing before it is finalized. I also acknowledge that all terms are subject to change, and I will be notified of any updates
