Per the 2024 Plaza Art Fair Artist Agreement:
At all times during the Art Fair (including, without limitation, set-up and tear-down time), Licensee shall obtain and maintain, through a reputable insurance company or companies duly authorized to transact business in the State of Missouri and acceptable to Licensor, commercial general liability insurance or “special event” insurance covering claims and liability for general liability, host liquor liability (if alcohol is to be served), product liability, special perils, property damage, personal injuries and death arising out of or in any way related to the Art Fair and any operations, actions or inactions of Licensee, its invitees, agents and employees. In addition, and not by way of limitation, such insurance shall specifically include contractual liability coverage for this Agreement and shall name Licensor, HP Village Associates, LLC, HP Village Realty, LLC, and HP Village Marketing Group, LLC as additional named insureds. Such insurance shall have a minimum single combined limit of $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. A certificate of insurance must be delivered to Licensor (or Licensor’s designated representative) at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the Art Fair. Licensor reserves the right to cancel this Agreement unless and until Licensee provides evidence of said insurance coverage. All such insurance shall be non-cancelable with respect to Licensor. The following shall be reflected on the certificate of insurance:
The Description box at the bottom of the COI, shall include the following:
Licensor, HP Village Associates, LLC, HP Village Realty, LLC, and HP Village Marketing Group, LLC, officers, directors, agents, employees, trustee, receivers, successors, and assigns are included as additional insured in regard to General Liability insurance when required by written contract.
The Certificate Holder Box at the bottom of the COI, shall include the following:
