                                                                            • PICKUP: We will arrange a pickup location after verification of order and delivery date is available.  There is no handling, delivery or shipping charge for pickup orders.

                                                                              2 Day Shipping: To keep pucks cool, they are packed in insulated shipping products with frozen packs. Therefore, we will only ship 2 Day (or less if requested $).  Currently we only ship to Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

                                                                            • A $5.00 Handling and Packaging Fee will be added for 2 Day Shipping in addition to the shipping cost. This fee is for the packing required to ship food and temperature sensitive items.

                                                                              • NUTS:  Products that specifically contain nuts or nut by products are identified. All other products may have been made with ingredients from facilities that process nuts in that facility.  We are able to make nut free products in some flavors. Make note of your request in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION field. 
                                                                              • ALLERGENS: Our products may contain Eggs, Milk, Wheat or Nuts. Email us if you have specific questions or concerns about allergens. 
                                                                              • CONFIRMATION: After submitting this form, we'll check your order and contact you within 24-48 hours with confirmation and/or questions.
                                                                              • DELIVERY TIME: The turnaround time depends on the ordered items and order quantity. Minimium turn around is 5-7 days plus shipping/delivery time. Contact us before ordering if rush delivery is needed (less than 7 days).
                                                                              • ADDITIONAL FEES:  Sales Tax (TX only), Shipping Charges, Handling Fee, Special Request Fee or other necessary fees may be applied to orders.
                                                                              • CANCELLATION:  A $10 cancellation fee may be charged if order is cancelled after order final confirmation or within 7 days of ship/delivery date (whichever is later).
