We are not in control of carrier delays, but we would love to help you if you are experiencing an extreme delay (more than 5 days) or a not received/lost package. 

Our shipping estimates on our site are just estimates, not guarantees and we are at the liberty of our carriers to deliver on time.

 

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

Please only request for your order status if you placed your order at least 2 business days ago. There are two ways to check your order status:

1. Check your email for tracking information. The email will have come from team@retrospec.com.
2. Login to your account here: https://retrospec.com/account/login. Navigate to your "My Account" page and click on the order you are trying to track. Lastly, click on the product you want to see tracking for and you'll be redirected to the shipping carrier tracking page. 

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States! If you live outside of there and want to place an order, check out our Amazon store, which may be able to better accommodate you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Please note that we DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, or Canada for orders made on our site at this time.

Refunds for returned products process within 1-7 business days. If you still have not received your refund after 7 business days, please submit this form with more information.

We do offer Military, First Responders, Student and Teachers discounts through ID.me. Once you've added your items to cart, go to checkout and click on the "Verify with ID.me" button on the right side of the screen.

Unfortunately, we are currently not offering exchanges but we do offer a 50 day return policy. Returns are accepted for the full product credit if received at our warehouse within 50 days of the date of purchase, in its original packaging, and in retail condition. On our paddle boards you will be able to find the serial number either on the rear of the board or on the fin box.

On our bikes, the serial number and batch number can be located on the underside of the bottom bracket shell.
